Codependency is how our undealt with pain shows up in our daily lives. We need to dig into the roots to heal and rebuild into healthier operating patterns. Thats exactly what we are going to do in this course.

Trainings
During our calls, we will be digging in even more. Danielle will do a training expanding on the weeks topic and help apply it to your specific situation
Meeting
We will meet bi-weekly for 14 weeks. Meetings will consist of Training, Going through Workbook and Sharing your own journey. Everything will be online so you can do from anywhere in the world
